Products purchased directly from Japin USA:
- All returns must be authorized by contacting Japin at (714) 703-8000 for
instructions
- All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise
Authorization Form
- IMC/Customers shall be liable for return handling fees
- All returns will be inspected
- All item(s) must be returned with original packaging and enclosed
literature
Refund (10 days from original date of purchase)
Returns that qualify for refund must be new, unused, purchased and labeled
product. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment less all
bonuses, commissions and rebates paid. Shipping is not refundable.
Japin will refund request for product more than 11 business days but no more
than 6 months from original date of purchase, however Japin will treat the
request as a voluntary termination of membership. Products that qualify for a
refund must be new, unused, purchased and labeled less all bonuses, commissions
and rebates paid to consultant and less an 8% handling fee. Shipping is not
refundable.
Refusal
Shipment recipient is liable for all handling fees upon refusal of product
deliveries. Shipment recipient shall also be liable for handling fees, after
repeated and unsuccessful attempts by carrier to deliver products.
Exchange
IMC/Customer may exchange new, unused purchased and labeled from Japin within
6 months from original date of purchase from Japin. A 3% handling fee will be
applied.
Damage
Japin must be notified within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the
package containing any item that was damaged in transit. Product shall be
replaced with the same product originally purchased only when the Return
Merchandize Form is requested upon receipt of the products by the
consultant.
Defective
All products defective in workmanship shall be replaced with the same product
originally purchased. Products are not qualified for replacement caused by
damage due to improper installation, misuse or neglect.
